The Benefits of Coaching as posted in the CCCBI "Voice"

With the economy continuing on its bumpy ride, and right-sizing initiatives becoming standard, the case for professional coaching has never been stronger. Just as a sports coach inspires athletes to greatness, a skilled coach can support an individual, a team of individuals or an organization in the attainment of their personal or professional goals.

So what exactly is coaching? Let me paraphrase the International Coaching Federation (ICF) definition.

How to Start a Movement - Lives On and On

With time, women gain weight because we accumulate so much information and wisdom in our heads that when there is no more room, it distributes out to the rest of our bodies. So we aren't heavy, we are enormously cultured,educated and happy.
