"If your actions create a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do  more and become more, then you are an excellent leader."  Dolly Parton

Have you identified your legacy?  Do you know how you want to be remembered?  Are you too busy sweating the small stuff that you forget what it is your life is all about?

When is the last time you had a chance to think about your priorities?  Have you checked your personal plan to see if you are steering your ship towards your dreams?  Do you have so much total control, that you are missing out on life's simple pleasures? Are you inspiring others to work with you or are you entrapping them to work for you? Is your relationship with money exactly where you want it to be?

Take a minute.  Sit back.  Focus. Close your eyes.  Breathe deeply.  Focus. Catch up with yourself. Focus.  If you are being the best that you can be, congratulations.

Can you state that you are the best boss, the best employee, the best board member, the best mom or dad or sister or brother?  Are you surrounding yourself with the best support systems to realize your dreams? Who will be there to catch you if you fall, to carry on if you get ill, to support you when you have doubt?  Do you have a mentor or a Master Mind group to whom you can turn for solutions with everyday life?

Are you accountable for your actions? How have you acknowledged and celebrated your successes? If you could sum up your life in a phrase, how would it read?
