On Expectations
Are you an individual who expects too much?  Do you think that if you pay for a service, you anticipate some type of actual service to your satisfaction?  What happens when you question the "satisfaction guaranteed" claim process? 

The approach for dissatisfaction with products can be somewhat different.  You may actually have proof in the pudding that your product is malfunctioning or not living up to advertising statements.  But, do you have the original box and packing?  Is your attic a firebox because it has so many original boxes because you fear for your life that something is going to ...

Bono, Your Sacred Honor - Get Out and Vote

Recently, my husband and I had the opportunity to attend the Liberty Ceremony at the National Constitution Center. This year’s recipients were Bono, U2 lead singer and activist, and DATA (Debt, AIDS, Trade, Africa), the advocacy organization he co-founded to combat poverty and disease in Africa.
